If you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept the item back and issue a refund.
In case the part is received faulty item (because mistakes do happen or occur) we will certainly refund or offer you an exchange for the product and refund and will sort any return .
GetOffRoad4x4 does not accept responsibility for damaged items. The buyer can refuse to receive the parcel if the box is damaged / part is damaged. If the buyer receives and signs the damaged shipment, the buyer accepts it.
If any part is ordered incorrectly or customers change their mind, GetOffroad 4x4 will not be responsible for return postage. This must be paid by the customer.
