Royal Mail lost my purchase. I communicated with EBUYERGATE who was very apologetic ( even though it wasn’t their fault), and offered full refund, or send another out. I opted for them to send another out. I have just received it. You only know how good a company is when an issue arises. This company have been excellent. They will now be in my favourites for future purchases. Well done for fantastic service. 👍🏻
