Ordered this item, when arrived I noticed the instructions was not very clear, I had a question I needed answering as regarding fitting , I contacted the supplier and was very helpful and responded very promptly and answered my questions, he also sent me a copy of better fitting instructions, which I suggested he updates he’s packaging, I have no problems purchasing more products from him if need be in the future. 👍

I gave the company chance to resolve the issue when they sent me the wrong tap, however, they are not helping. The communication is painfully slow and after few weeks of writing forward and backwards they said they will ask the manager if he can authorise a discount so I can buy a matching tap (yes, I was willing to give them even more money). The communication stopped on 22nd of March, looks like the manager was not available. I would not recommend this seller.
