The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.

Delivery delay by one day was not sellers fault, and was quickly communicated and apologised for. Machine came as advertised, but every screw on the back was loose.
Perfect item, but gave it a once over when it arrived, and solved a very minor, tiny issue that won't affect anything with the product.
