If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase to let us know of your intentions, you will then have another 30 days after that to ensure that we receive the product back (44 days overall).
If you do not inform us of your intentions to return within the first 14 days we will not accept the return also if we do not receive the items within the 30 days afterwards we will not accept the return. We will offer a full refund for the product and original postage costs but the buyer will pay for the return postage.
All damaged or faulty goods will be given a full refund including return postage. If the product is damaged you also need to let us know your intentions within the first 14 days and make sure we have it back 30 days after that. On products with an express delivery option, as you've made the decision yourself to choose express delivery we will not refund this cost unless the product is faulty.
