Within the UK the majority of First Class deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact your local sorting office for delivery information - they may even have your parcel at their depot awaiting collection. You can find the location of your local sorting office by calling 0845 6050767. If you are based outside of the UK please check with your postal service for average delivery times from the UK.

I've contacted my local sorting office and they don't have the item. What can be done? [back to top]

Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 15 working days to deliver (28 for EU, 40 for the rest of the world) before an item can be declared missing. If after this time your item has not arrived please contact us and we will raise a Lost Parcel Claim Form for you. We are happy to replace the item (stock pending) or offer a full refund.

You should have received a dispatch e-mail that contains a tracking number. If you haven't please check your junk e-mail folder or contact us and we can provide this to you. Once you have your tracking number you can track online at www.dpd.co.uk.

We do not accept offers on any of our items, we only sell for the listed price.

Do you offer combined shipping? [back to top]

We ship all our items individually due to our automated dispatch system and for insurance purposes. We do not offer combined shipping but all items within the UK are shipped free of charge. For orders outside of the UK please check the "Postage & Payments" tab of the listing for the rate per item to your location.

Unfortunately we do not offer bulk sales, our listings are intended for end users only. Please do not order large quantities as your order will be cancelled and refunded.

We do try to test titles where possible for languages. We're unable to display these on eBay but please check our retail site and if we have language information available it will be listed.

All our stock is brand new and sealed. If the title has a online code it will be included in the box.
