- ZygoMax ("the Seller") is a trading division of Zygocity Ltd, UK company number 8621711.
- "Goods" are the articles that the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller
- "The Buyer" means the individual or organisation that buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller
The terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English law. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Use of the ZygoMax eBay Store
By entering into an agreement to purchase goods through our eBay store you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information meet your specific requirements.
The ZygoMax eBay store contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Goods will not be manufactured, packaged or dispatched until payment has been received in full.
Stock items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of payment, except on weekends and bank holidays. Items manufactured on demand may take 2-3 working days to produce and dispatch.
Shipping methods vary depending upon the item ordered and the Buyer's location. The Buyer shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods when tendered for delivery. Any damage to Goods or inaccuracies in the order must be notified to the Seller in a timely manner.
Zygocity Ltd. cannot accept responsibilities for delays incurred or additional costs arising during the shipping process, nor can we accept liability for any losses, costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from a failure to deliver at a specific time or date.
Use of Self-Adhesive Products
Self-adhesive products offered for sale by ZygoMax may use permanent or removable adhesives. Where applicable, the nature of the adhesive is stated for each product. The description of 'permanent' or 'removable' should be used for guidance only. Many factors influence the adhesion of our products (including, but not limited to, the condition, smoothness and porosity of the surface). Duration of application and environmental conditions that the product is exposed to will influence its ease of removal. Application and removal techniques play a critical role in the succesful use of self-adhesive products. ZygoMax expressly exclude liability for damage to products and/or sufaces that is caused by improper application or removal techniques. No guarantee is given or implied that products described as 'removable' can always be removed without damage to the underlying surfaces. Products with permanent adhesive are highly likely to damage painted or wallpapered walls upon removal.
ZygoMax can be contacted for advice regarding suitable locations and surfaces for self-adhesive products. When necessary a fitting guide is supplied.
Cancellation and Returns
We are happy to refund the purchase cost of items returned to us within 30 days, as long as these are returned to us undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items, except where the goods received are faulty.
To ensure that we are able to identify and process a returned item we require the package to contain a copy of our original order summary, or a note clearly stating the user name and email account used to make the purchase. Refunds can only be issued to the account used to make the original purchase.
We are not able to offer refunds on items that have been personalised or otherwise manufactured to order as these cannot be returned to stock.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be altered by the Seller at any time. Any such changes will not affect the Terms and Conditions accepted by a Seller at the time of a purchase.
