Wordery_Specialist (WS) were easy to deal with and were swift to acknowledge my request. The package came from the USA and arrived in UK on time. Unfortunately, while the package was swiftly put out to the UK carrier, the delivery on the day failed. It took another 2 days to sort things out but in that time WB were always in contact when necessary; moreover, a swift repayment on a package that was not available was dealt with immediately. WS dealt with it all.

Wonderful - the item is exactly as described, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The seller's communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond by very kindly sent a second calendar when the courier left the first in a bin which was emptied before I got to it!
