I wanted 7 blocks with letters on & 2 blank as clearly states 9 blocks £6.50 inc pp. only received 7 blocks with the letters on. Have contacted seller but am getting no where. Not happy with this service at all

Buyer did not tell me they wanted Blank Blocks (which we can't do) until after they had received the order. They asked for 7 letters in the personalise box. so we made up and sent out the 7 letters. Its such a shame. If we had known we could have sent out 2 more random Letters or XXs. Please let me know the full 9 letters you would like if you want the full 9 blocks. Sadly I can not read minds. :(
