This arrived on time, with excellent packaging, but unfortunately suffered some damage in transit. The sellers were extremely responsive, and honoured their guarantee without question. One broken input was replaced with four brand new original Quad parts expertly fitted and tested. The amplifier was returned the day after repair and now takes pride place in my hifi. Customer service and communication was the best I have ever experienced, and I can unreservedly commend why buy new for their care.

Great E bay seller, item exactly as described, minor problem with the wrong USB charging cable supplied with kit but quick E bay message to seller overcame problem and I purchased replacement connector cable for less than the price reduction immediately offered by seller. Drone does have more flight hours than I was expecting as the company is called why buy new but the condition was exceptional.
