This order has cost me in total £94.20 (Item £70.00, Postage £8.50 and VAT £15.70). The postage to send to me was £8.50. I have asked to return them because an in correct size was received. Whilst the seller will accept a return I have been instructed to send the item to the USA which is going to cost me £53.00. This means I will have spent a total of £147.20 to receive a refund of £85.70 meaning a loss of £61.50 with no product to show for this. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible delivery, expensive shoes packaged in a bag, Apt number not on the sticker, while on the invoice (??) DHL driver confused and unprofessional. Package shoved in the wrong size of Hub. Will not order again there 😒 😑

It's very sad when people become so impatient for a small amount of money that they put everything on us. Put it up, this is also our fault because DHL is not our company. >>valknico_74- When you are ordering goods from an international ebay account, you know that your address is a remote area, so you want to take advantage of it. All the profit and money is going towards shipping, so we can't even request from you. You are presenting our request wrongly.
