The items have arrived damaged and the seller was not helpful at all, a bracelet came broken in half, a brooch had its pin fallen off and an earring had a totally bent needle. I have sent the seller a picture with the faulty items and they have asked for me to fully destroy them before they would send me replacements for these items, it sounds ridiculous because the items are unwearable and a total ecological waste… the seller was not willing to solve the problem at all.Very bad customer service

We have responded to all you emails and offered exchanges and refunds. Request to completely destroy the products is part of the manufactures advice. We are very disapointed to have received your negative feedback, as we pride ourselves on our customer service.
