Lovely stuff, I mix it with body lotion and I've not seen it anywhere cheaper or so quick to post out. Seller was great and very helpful over me initially accidentally putting in my old address instead of my current one and sorted out cancelling and refunding my initial order very quickly. Will order more from this seller when I run out.

Ordered 7 different perfumes from this seller but only 6 were delivered. I contacted the seller and told them that I need the missing perfume ASAP, as it was a gift to someone, and their response was 'send me pictures of the perfumes you got so far' instead of taking action immediately as they should know what they already sent me. I sent the picture and haven't heard back at all. I kept contacting them but there was no response. I'm not buying from this seller again, very bad customer service.

The bakhoor itself smells amazing, it’s from a great brand that does lovely perfumes too. Item was delivered quickly however only downside was that packaging wasn’t great, the box was damaged in transit so would recommend seller to package item better so that the actual box inside the parcel doesn’t get damaged during transit.

Seller sent wrong item, a completely different ring binder to the one advertised and the one that I wanted. After sending the seller a picture of the wrong item that I received, the seller replied saying it’s the correct one (see attached photos) 🙄 shockingly bad customer service

However, despite their initial prompt response, they have since failed to address my inquiry about the missing product for over a week and a half. It's disappointing, especially considering the quality of the product I did receive. The lack of follow-up and customer service is concerning.
