Would you like to return something? You don’t have to worry about that because in our store we will make this process for you as easy as possible. Please note : RETURN SHIPPING IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Please DO NOT return your items to the address indicated on your parcel; contact us with details of your purchase and reason of return and we will guide you with all instructions for your return.

Please note that your garment/s must meet the following requirements to be returned:

* They must be returned within the required time frame.

* They must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached. Returned items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered from their original state, having a strong smell of perfume or make-up stains on them will not be accepted and we may need to send these back to you at your cost.

Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Please obtain proof of postage after shipping the item back to us

If you wish to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can help you out. We will happily accept the return of your faulty item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please help us by providing a photo of the defect/fault as well as the front and back of the garment. This will help us speed up the returns process.
