Received damaged wire was torn - requested refund return via eBay - return acepted but not until I made further contact with the seller a few days later - bit of a faff if I'm being entirely honest but did get a refund eventually i wouldn't buy from this seller again as the quality control wasn't there and after reading other feedback on this company it appears there is a lack of care & communication in general - ive left positive feedback due to refund.
