Quick delivery. The reindeer was as described and good quality. The snowman did not have a label on it like the reindeer did, not sure if it was supposed to as it was a pack. The stuffing in the snowman was a bit uneven too. but i did not contact the company about these so this is not a complaint, just an observation.

Seller packed figures in a plastic bag and they arrived damaged. Seller accepted return and offered replacement figures. Instead the seller gave a refund and has blocked me from further purchases. Bitterly disappointed that the seller failed to pack the items properly in a cardboard box. How did they think a plastic bag was going to protect the figures. You can see how dinged up they were in the photos. eBay only allowed 5 photos so I can't show all the damage.
