Thank you very much for your purchase(s), it is much appreciated by all at Trust and Value. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if ordered and paid for by 1pm (if after 1pm, it will be the next working day) using the service you selected when purchasing the item(s). For orders over £10.00 we will generally send by a service that requires the item to be signed for.

Please note that delivery times are only an estimate and not a guaranteed service:
a) Royal Mail 2nd Class/48 is typically 2-5 working days but can take up to 15 working days
b) Royal Mail 1st Class/24 is typically 1-2 working days but can take up to 15 working days
c) Shipment from China is typically 7-13 working days (please provide a contact telephone number that we can supply to our courier if required)

If any of the below are applicable and there are any issues, PLEASE contact us BEFORE leaving a neutral or negative rating.  Many issues can easily be resolved by contacting us before contacting eBay. We aim to provide a positive and 5 star service and have implemented the following company policies for your safety & convenience.

1) Loss of Item
For UK customers by 1st/2nd Class Post – We will deem the item as lost 15 business days from date of dispatch please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after 15 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service.
For UK customers by Royal Mail Signed - We will replace or refund your item if you do not receive it within 14 business days, as per Royal Mails insurance policy.
2) Faulty Items - If your item arrives broken/damaged or doesn't function as it should then please contact our Customer Service Team (details below/on Ebay) so that we may arrange a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge.
3) Wrong Items - sometimes mistakes occur and if the item received is not as described or just simply completely the wrong item then please contact our Customer Service Team so that we may arrange a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge.
4) Unsatisfactory Items - If you are for whatever reason unhappy with the item then please contact our customer service team so that we can resolve the issue in the form of a refund or replacement within reason. However, we can only offer this service within 30 days of receipt.
5) Returns - We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase and that’s why we offer a 30-day, hassle free return period. If you are not happy with your item in any way, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 30 days. If you have simply changed your mind, then you will need to cover return postage costs (we suggest using a trackable method). However, if the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.
