How long have I got to return an item?
You can change your mind up to 14 days after purchasing from us.

What are your delivery options?
We offer a free standard delivery of 3-5 days, but you can pay for an upgraded express delivery service to reach you sooner. Please check the product for specific rates.

Do you deliver at weekends?
No, only Monday-Friday (exc. Bank holidays)

What size bags are suitable for Ryanair Cabin restrictions?
18 and 21” Luggage or any bags which are less than 55cm wide, 40cm high, 20 deep.

What size bags are suitable for Easyjet Cabin restrictions?
21” Luggage or any bags which are less than 50cm wide, 40cm high, 20 deep.

Can I collect my item?
Yes, we offer a collection service from our warehouse in Barking, Essex. Please message us after ordering to let us know you intend to come and pick your order up.

Collections are available between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Do you deliver abroad?
Not currently, we will be looking at offering international postage soon.

What times are deliveries made from?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour - you will be advised of this on the calling card. It is your responsibility to make sure somebody is in to take delivery. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to organise

Will I need to sign for my item?
For our larger items a signature will be required. Our smaller items such as holdalls and flight bags will be delivered via standard post.

Who pays for returns?
If you have changed your mind about your item we ask that you safely return our item to us. We recommend a recorded service in the event of the item going missing. The item must be in a good-as-new condition when returned for a full refund. If we have made an error in delivery, or the item is faulty on delivery then we will arrange a pick up delivery at your convenience.

If I’ve paid for delivery will you refund me?
We will not refund any expedited delivery service if you have changed your mind.
