What are your delivery options and charges?

Standard delivery
8am to 9pm Monday to Friday


We aim to deliver within 4 working days for orders placed before 12pm.
Remote/rural postcodes listed below take up to 8 working days.

• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore arrive separately but you will only be charged delivery once.
• A 'large item' is an item where you will see, 'up to 8 working days' in the delivery information on the product page.
• We only ship to addresses in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver domestically to the UK mainland, Northern and Southern Ireland. Some items are not available for delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland - these are highlighted within the individual product details.

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of delivering to remote islands and the difficulty with arranging returns, orders can only be placed on and delivered to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. The following lists the UK & BFPO postcode ranges we do not accept orders from or permit delivery to:

Delivery for large items to the above postcodes may vary according to ferry schedules.

From time to time we may have to suspend the availability of all options other than standard delivery.

When will I receive my order?
Once you have paid for your order it will be delivered within the timescale shown on the product page at the time of ordering. We will send you an email when your order is despatched. Please refer to this email for further information regarding when you will receive delivery of your order.

My order is late, what can I do about it?
If your order has not arrived within the delivery estimate provided when you placed your order, please Contact Us.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been despatched you can track your delivery from your Despatch Confirmation Email.

How will my order be delivered?
We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Hermes, DPD, Nightfreight, Royal Mail & UPS.

What time of day will I receive my delivery?
If you picked standard or next day delivery, your order will be delivered between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately we cannot specify a time of day for your order to be delivered, and we are also unable to confirm whether your order will arrive in the morning or the afternoon.

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange redelivery. Our couriers will continue to make at least 2 further attempts to deliver your order.

What happens if my order is returned to you because it is undeliverable?
Every once in a while we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-despatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (including delivery charges).

Why would my package be returned to you as undeliverable?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
• We received an incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no-one was home to sign for the delivery)
• Refused by the recipient

My order is late, what can I do?

I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do?
Your order should reach you in complete and good condition. Please check your order before signing the delivery driver's paperwork - please mark any missing or damaged items on the delivery driver's paperwork.
