We comply with distance selling regulations, as such we will gladly refund any item returned to us unopened within 10 days of purchase which is sealed in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, buyer accepts all return postage costs. (Excludes items sold as used, Restocking fee applies).
If you purchased an item from us and the item is defective (within the first 30 days) we will replace it free of charge, alternatively we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the faulty goods. If you purchased an item from us and the item becomes defective after 30 days we will at our discretion replace it free of charge, or alternatively we will ask you to exercise the manufacturers warranty provided with your goods. Items returned as faulty that are right when tested will be returned at the buyers expense.
Before returning any item to us please obtain an RMA number before shipping, failure to do so will mean our warehouse will not accept the delivery and will be returned back to you at your expense. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage in case the item gets lost, please also ensure the package contents contains a record of your Ebay user ID and the RMA number. Once received we will endeavour to process the return ASAP andwill ensure to keep the buyer informed throughout the process.
