Great dispatch time and well packaged. However was slightly disappointed 1 of the mugs had a defect and I had to keep chasing the seller for help, which unfortunately they were very slow to reply to or even acknowledge at all after a while. Returned item fine but ebay had to step in to refund as seller didn't action this after the specified days. Communication and checking of item quality before posting needs to be improved. A shame, but thanks anyway.
