How do you send items?
Items are dispatched the next WORKING day (often the same day), Monday to Friday, (Bank Holidays not included).
If paying by PayPal, eBay only allows us to send it to the PayPal address for Buyer/Seller Protection. If you want it shipped to a different address, please change the address on your PayPal account temporarily before you place your order.
Please make sure your details are correct. Our labeling software will copy it as you have written it. Please check it before you order. (You would be surprised how many addresses, phone numbers and emails are out of date!)
All items have a FREE UK Economy postage option. Conditions apply. There are also faster options available for each item which can be selected at checkout.

What if I missed the delivery?
Royal Mail: If the Postman or Delivery Driver cannot deliver to you, he ?should? leave a card through your door. This doesn?t always happen especially if it is a relief Postman. Please use your discretion. If you feel the package is running late, please contact your local delivery Depot (this is not necessarily your Post Office) and ask them if they have a package for you. You are very welcome to ask us for help.
Next Day Courier: Your package should be delivery the following working day. If it has not been delivered, again, please look for a card or contact us as we can track your delivery. If they have missed you, they will redeliver to you another day if you let them know. If they are still unable to deliver, they will ship the item back to me at your expense (£16). However, if you leave a signed letter for the driver authorising him to leave it with a specific neighbour, he will.
We send nearly all our light items (under 2 kilos) Worldwide. (If your country is not shown, please ask us for a quote before buying.)
Heavy items (over 2 kilos) are sent to European Mainland Zones 1-5. (Islands and Outlying Territories that are not connected to the Mainland by road incur a surcharge.)
Some Countries require a tracked service. This is either because of the location, the value of your order or PayPal requires Proof of Delivery for Buyer/Seller protection. If this is the case, we will inform you. If you do not want to add this service, we will cancel your order and refund you.
Asia, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Caribbean and Cyprus MUST ALWAYS use a Tracked Service.
We do not send glass internationally without our prior authorisation. Customer must assume responsibility for breakages in transit.
We do not refund International postage under ANY circumstances after the package has been dispatched.
If the package is returned to us because you changed your mind, refused delivery or were unavailable for delivery or gave us the wrong details, the package will be posted back to us at your expense.
It is your responsibility to check your Customs/Import regulations regarding tax, duty and permitted items. If you buy an item, we will send it assuming you have checked. There is no way we can know the rules for every country and region. This is your responsibility.
If it is returned because it is not allowed through your Customs Office, you will still be charged for postage and any inspection damage incurred.
If unsure, please contact your Local Customs Office before buying. This is your responsibility.
