I ordered two items at the same time but they were processed as separate orders. Ambiguously, I only received email notification that one of them was ready for pickup although they were dispatched together, so I needed to phone for clarification as I wished to confirm two pickup trips would not be necessary. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

It's a quirk of the Ebay system that multiple-item orders aren't counted as one order. Conversely, your feedback was duplicated. We keep telling them, in their feedback requests.. :) Glad you were ultimately happy with the outcome, and thanks for your support of a UK manufacturer
