Change of mind
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or have changed your mind we are happy to accept the item back and issue you a full refund.
All we ask is that you inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, Return the item in its original condition and cover the return postage costs yourself.
Faulty within 0-30 days
We try our best to make sure things run smoothly however sometimes things do go wrong.
If the item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or exchange for you. In these instances, we will cover any return postage costs.
Faulty 30 -90 Days
Unless otherwise stated we offer a 3 month warranty on our items. Please contact us so to arrange a repair or exchange.
We would not look to cover any postage or packaging costs associated.
We record the serial number of all items prior to shipping to be able to identify them for warranty purposes.
Damaged on delivery
We MUST be notified of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.
If the outer packaging appears damaged please either refuse the delivery or take photos of the outer packaging before opening the parcel.
Please report any damage to the item to us within 24 hours or receipt with images of the damage to the item and any packaging.
All of our prices include UK VAT.
A VAT invoice can be provided upon request.
As eBay only holds purchase details for 90 days please contact us within 90 days of your purchase to request this.
