 | A: Yes wherever possible. In some cases, due to the combined items weight or value, it may not be possible to send the items together and thus no combined shipping discount will be possible. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, but some items are excluded and anything above 2kg in weight is also excluded from international sale. |

 | A: We usually despatch the same working day (unless payment has been received after the cut-off time and eBay sends an automated email confirmation of this.

 | A: Unless you have selected a guaranteed service (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery), Royal Mail rules dictate that we must wait 3 weeks (5 weeks for international items), before chasing the order or making a claim for a lost item.
There is nothing further we can do until this time has passed unfortunately. |
