I received a book, but unfortunately it was not the version that I ordered, they refunded me immediately, so am disappointed that I didn’t get the right book, but because they immediately responded with a refund, possibly because they have any left, I think they are a brilliant company.

This book reached me in soaking condition as the delivery guy left it alongside an outside bin in the pouring rain and the book was left unreadable, I contacted the seller and within one hour they got back to me to inform me that a new copy would be sent out the next day, two days later a perfect copy arrived , this review is about the seller who was excellent and in future when I purchase a book from EBay it will always be from this seller , superb service that is second to none

Item arrived in good time and would have been as described by the seller if the delivery company (Yodel) had decided not to leave the package outside in the rain. However, the seller sorted this out extremely quickly by sending me replacement books which have also arrived. The issues I had with the original package were definitely NOT the seller's fault and, based on the way they sorted it out, I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone.

Unfortunately, the book didn't arrive although Yodel claimed to have delivered it. When I alerted the seller to this, they acted very quickly. I checked with neighbours to see if it had been delivered there but when I reported that it hadn't, the seller issued a refund within 24 hours s couldn't really have asked for more. I hope the seller can be re-imbursed by Yodel and so is not out of pocket.
