delivery agents unable to follow instructions about where to deliver parcel as I was going to be out at time of delivery, sent redirect via DPD app only to come back to message saying delivery had occurred, however item not with neighbour as per my redirection, no parcel on doorstep, nothing in shed, no card where item was….. pitch black and raining heavily. This morning I found my parcel in back garden soggy
