Ao informed me the ff was incorrectly listed , so did i want a refund in full or choose a replacement, i chose a replacement that was delivered by 2 awesome delivery guy's, that went above & beyond themselves :-) There was an issue with the replacement ff, which ao resolved immediately, fantastic service throughout, I'd recommend ao to everyone, thanks ao :-)

Transport process clunky. No contact 24+ hours after payment. Rang the delivery service number on listing. They had no record, and it took me another three phone numbers to discover that dfferent AO "sections" had no simple links (and no phone service at weekends).
But the rest was EXCELLENT, and I would buy again. Amazing price for a near-perfect item, and the delivery guys were friendly, prompt, and helpful (carried item up a flight of stairs. £20 charge fully justified). 4.95⭐️over all.
