I would like to correct my previous comment regarding my recent purchase of zippers. I later realized there was a handwritten note mentioning the shipment would be coming in two parts. The second delivery was made a few days after the first and the company was quick to respond with kindness and an apology. I appreciate their speed in communication and that the order was shipped promptly. The zippers are exactly as I ordered and high-quality. I will definitely look here again the next time.

I ordered these sewing machine needles based on the pictures and item description indicating I would be receiving vintage, NOS. What arrived were new needles in new packaging. The seller accepted my return, making this a positive transaction, in the end. I don't have my vintage needles, but neither do I have to deal with the new ones.

Not at all what i ordered. The lising only allows for a choice of 3 colors decscription stated comes with sliders and top release buckles. All I got was ther webbing, seller claimed I didnt order the buckles when description stated it comes with, and there was no separate option for buckles. Was sent incorrect buckles, and no adjustment sliders. All I wanted was the buckles. False advertisement. Would never ever ever recommend this seller. Found what I wanted on temu for 6 bucks free shippin

ZIPPERSTOP is sorry for the problem. We never want to disappoint. This is a dropdown item and the buyer just bought and paid for the webbing which we sent. Complained he didn't receive the sliders and buckles. We resent those out at no charge to the buyer, All our items are Made by YKK USA. Not from China! We have been selling on E Bay since 2000 and in business since 1941! ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP AND WORK WITH THE BUYER!

After messaging with them, they said I could make a special request in the Order Comment Section. That apparently confused the warehouse, so I got wrong zippers. This happened twice. I called and spoke with the owner, who reshipped the correct order immediately. Now I have extra free zippers for a future project. I am a repeat customer and will continue to do business with Zipper Stop!
