After a series of emails I am still waiting for the right size replacement rubber foot which was missing off the ramp. Incidentally it was because the ramp was not packed whatsoever, just a sticker on it. Did receive feet for the mini one and sent photos showing wrong size but no resolution. Life is too short to go round in circles with this company. Disappointed as it was a present for my grandson.
