Sent quickly but UPS had other ideas, I was out and they did not deliver nor leave any form of communication to say that delivery had failed. Eventually I asked the seller for tracking as I there was no package and I had heard nothing from the courier. The seller was really helpful and stated that the package was on it's way back to them. It was necessary to arrange an alternative delivery address where someone was going to be home. So beware if ordering a similar item and you have to go to work

Item received on time, even before the date given by the seller. However, I would suggest to the staff of this store to adopt traceable shipping from now on. My package was left unattended all day right under the mailboxes in my building, and fortunately no one had the bad idea to steal it from me. However, the communication with this seller was excellent.

Positive feedback only because seller communication was good. Originally marked/notified as shipped but was notified by seller that item was actually backordered and shipment notification was untrue. Seller offered refund and item was cancelled and refunded. Would consider possibly maybe doing business with seller again. Maybe.

WARNING: Seller scams customers by sending cheap unbranded knock-offs instead of the advertised products. Product return was accepted by the seller but no return label was provided as stated in the product offer and direct messages were ignored making it super hard for any buyer to get their money back. A lot of time wasted so far and zero support from eBay - horrible experience with pcarena-bristol and eBay as a service provider!

Slow delivery - seller used different carriage method to the one listed. Also very poor packaging ( lack of sufficient padding) so the pins of the plug actually protruded out through the envelope that it was posted in. Definitely wouldn’t use this seller again.
