Good service overall. Delivery was quick, however when asked for an update on delivery a rather abrupt message was received. With communication skills rather lacking I can understand why their feedback rating is only 98%. The seller needs to improve on the content of its message reply and how the message is conveyed.

Cancelled the order as the item was no longer required. Contacted the seller as the item had not been marked as dispatched. Positive communication from seller, who cancelled the order and issued a refund straight away. Seller also explained about a few messages I may receive regarding the order and how they just relate to their system. Would have no issues buying from this seller again.

The Item sent was not as described..when i raised the issue with the seller, the response was a Generic letter detailing the returns and refund policy...this is not acceptable !!
I have purchased three pairs of these boots over the years and what i had delivered is what I would describe as the basic version,
Put simply the advertised boot is the top of the range,this is not what i recieved, i can buy the basic version for £80,i paid the extra £116 for the better version.
