I have contacted the seller as I received a broken item - the coat arrived with a broken zip in fact no attachment to the bottom of the zipper at all. When contacting the seller they did not appear friendly and told me to send back , I do not think it is fair that the customer should have to pay to return the broken item ! Seller then ignored my messages . Disappointed as this was for my daughter’s birthday! Would not recommend
