Ordered a brand new Silentnight airmax mattress topper in original packaging. Instead I received a customer return that had been rolled up in a returns bag. Contacted seller. Slow response. No apology. Just asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Returned item over a week ago using the link they sent me. Chased refund twice but seller hasn't responded.
