Ordered a 10cm mattress topper but received a 5cm mattress topper no communication from the seller and ignores messages the seller also has another listing of the same item which is the 5cm mattress topper for the same price but the seller is maliputive and I believe they send out the 5cm because its cheaper than the 10cm mattress so they make more money by sending out the wrong one would highly recommend avoiding this seller

Terrible customer care and service throughout. Messaged before purchasing to find out if it was indeed the specific item I wanted as there was no image on the item but a description at the time. Quick to respond (when suits them) to say they were the ones I wanted, great so I ordered them. Received the item in the post and it was the incorrect item, so requested a refund due to poor wrong item and poor communication. Still waiting on the refund as they're ignoring messages.

Seller did not give me hassles when I informed that I had ordered the incorrect type of mattress protector. I needed memory foams but had ordered ones that weren't memory foam, the error was on my. My refund was processed, within 7days from the parcel reaching them, the money was in my account. I would buy from this seller again.

They sent me the wrong item, I returned it to them and was given a list of excuses as to why I never received my order. Eventually six weeks after the original order was placed I received a refund. Communication was awful, couldn't recommend this seller and wouldn't buy from them again. Sorry
