I do not always leave feedback although I purchase quite a lot through EBay. I have to say that this supplier has been excellent in communication and selling of their bespoke car mats to me. They arrived in good time and fitted perfectly. I requested different wording on the front mats ( driver / passenger side ) which was done exactly to order. I recommend this seller in this instance, thank you.

This item was actually delivered today 11. 04. 2024 and not 04. 04. 2024 due to an error on my behalf while ordering which meant I got the wrong item.. After a bit of back and forward it was resolved thanks to Alisha in customer service. Very impressive service indeed.

They charged me $219 then broke my order into several shipments (very confusing) then cancelled my order and only refunded $44. These guys are a joke and Ebay is no help either.

I had to wait longer than should of so sent a message to contact them and they said that I should receive the item in the next few days and when it turned up it wasn't where it should of be left and lucky someone hadn't taken it as just left at the front door. When I opened my parcel it wasn't even the one I ordered so just can't be bothered to send it back and to ask for the proper item I paid for ,so please be warned when purchasing from them.
