The company delivered totally the wrong battery, without which i`m unable to run my car and return the wrong one via the Post Office. Their packers must be numbskulls, as the battery reference is 3 numbers. When buying they answered all emails promptly. When trying to return with a pickup via the Post Office driver, they have totally ignored the 3 emails i have sent them. There are other companies offering similar batteries and prices. Avoid this company at all costs !! No way positive.

There are two items in the order. I have received only one of them. I contacted the seller and sent them a picture of the item I have received, they say they can not use it and they want images of the packaging and labels although I informed them I do not have those as I disposed of them. Very disappointing experience. Communication is poor. I would not recommend this seller to anyone because it looks like a scam. Two items listed, one sent and then refuse to deal with the problem.

Received the wrong batteries from seller, sent 50 x AAA instead of 50 x AA, seller doesn't respond to messages, worst service I've had on eBay for a long time. The packing slip that came with batteries clearly shows 50 x AA, I've sent numerous messages, none of which have been responded to, so am now having to send these back for a refund through eBay, wasting my time and then having to reorder from another ebayer. Will not be using again, really POOR customer service.
