It is important to the Stormtrooper Shop that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.
The purchased item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and marked 'RETURN'. Once received we will offer you a replacement or full refund within 7 to 14 days (We do not refund postage and packing charges).
Exchanges - If you wish to exchange an item, please return it to us as above, including your order ID and state clearly what you wish the item exchanged for (Please note we do not cover postage on exchanged items).
We do not refund Bodysuits, Stormtrooper Gloves and Neck Seals which may or may not have been worn.
All goods being returned to the UK should be shipped using the most economical, SIGNED FOR method of shipping and should not include First Class or Express shipping services.
We will only accept Stormtrooper Armour Costumes that have been returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and wrapping, and marked 'RETURNED GOODS'. When we receive the returned package we will process a replacement or refund within 7 -14 days.
All new Stormtrooper Armour Costumes are shipped with the manufacturer's protective wrapping and we add further bubble wrap protection for shipping.
When a new Stormtrooper Armour Costume has been removed from the original packaging and unwrapped it will be reclassified as a used product.
In the event we receive a returned Stormtrooper Armour Costume which has been removed from the delivery carton and the manufacturer's protective wrapping and bubble wrap and have been wholly or partially removed we will Quality Control check each armour part and we will charge for those parts which have been scratched or damaged and have to be replaced with new Stormtrooper Armour Costume parts.
