Prices and Payment
All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Our VAT number is GB 553 769 603.

For Buyer Protection, we only accept payment through Paypal.

Immediate payment is required on purchases.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once we have received your order and funds cleared.

Only eBay users registered in the UK are eligible to buy.

All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.

Delivery is free. All prices quoted are for a single delivery attempt to a UK address only. Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded less any charges for delivery.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.


Guarantees
The order confirmation E-mail that you receive when you shop on the site will serve as the receipt for your purchase. All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a minimum period of 12 months, however, some appliances contain components that are guaranteed for periods longer than 12 months. If this is the case (details will be supplied with your appliance), the component will be free of charge during the period of guarantee, however, you will be charged for any labour required to install the component. A manufacturer's guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered. This does not affect your statutory or common law rights.


Shipping
Times
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and must be signed for.
Your delivery dates will be confirmed by e-mail or by telephone by one of our customer service representatives. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out with our control (i.e. direct delivery from manufacturer / third party courier). Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only.

Risks
On receipt of the goods to your specified address, you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. It is your responsibility to unpack and check your goods before you sign for them. If you discover any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods please reject the delivery with the carrier and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Ownership of goods will be transferred to yourself at the point of signature therefore any loss or damage shall be at your own risk from the time of receipted delivery.

We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order. Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on you account should we need to contact you.


Refunds and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day on which the goods were received. You must notify us by e-mail / in writing of your intention to cancel. The following conditions apply:-

Goods must be returned with the original packaging, AS SOLD, with all components and accessories.
Goods must be complete and been taken adequate care of (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the product in any way).
Any "FREE GIFTS" with the products must also be returned in good condition.

You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your own expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery will be invoiced to you. Alternatively we are able to arrange insured collection. The cost of this is available on request.
