Q. I would like to buy more than one item, do I get a discount on Postage?
A. We offer a combined shipping flat rate. For 2 or more items, pay £2.95 for the first item and £1.99 for each additional item (Terms apply, UK mainland customers only).
Q. Can I track my order?
A. As it is a Standard Delivery we cannot offer you a tracking code. This is the same for the International Postages as well.
Q. How do I make an exchange?
A. If the item you received is not suitable and you wish to exchange it for a different size please resend the item using the returns form provided within your parcel. Please provide as much details as possible. This will speed up your exchange process.
Q. I have received a Faulty Items what do I do?
A. We thoroughly check all our products before posting, if however you find a defect. Please return the product. We will happily exchange the item where possible or refund you the full product and postage price.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. We are certain you will like all products purchased through this store, however you may need return items that are not used, damaged or soiled.
Q. Is there a money back guarantee?
A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 30 days of date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.
