I was expecting an iPhone 6S, however actually received an iPhone 6s Plus....but it was in excellent, better than expected condition and was a reasonable price, so I have no complaints. Item totally not as describedFirstly the watch arrived with all the previous owners details, emails, photos, messages and Apple ID on - So I was unable to do anything. Secondly I had been sent the wrong watch, the one I was sent was only GPS and I had bought GPS/CellularThirdly they asked me to return the watch - and they would refund my postage costs - 2 weeks later I am still waiting.I have been refunded the cost of the watch.Not a company I would trust in the future

The worst experience i ever had with a seller. I bought a silver 3rd gen ipad pro and got sent an older gen ipad instead which was not even the right colour (space grey); i believe seller intentionally tried to mislead me. Then when returning he barely replied to messages and i eventually had to contact ebay to force him to send me a return label since he tried making me send the ipad to him myself (not through ebay). When he received the ipad he didnt refund still; i had to contact ebay again.
