Had a bit of a hiccup due to a missing tracking number, the parcel was delivered to my neighbours without my knowledge. Asked the seller and promptly replied with a tracking number and everything was sorted thereafter. The package had my items exactly as described. Product not quite same as pictured, as shorter supporting floor stand (12" rather than 20"), but overall good value for the price. Box was very battered and had ripped holes on arrival but that could have been Evri.  Luckily nothing was missing or damaged. No communication from seller on despatch date, no tracking number, no actual delivery date.
