Returns

Our returns policy on all items is 30 days.

Thank you for supporting our Not for Profit shop, which raises much needed fund for local young people, we are sorry you have had to return your item, please see below for guidance, if you have any questions please ask us.

When returning the item please enclose our invoice or a copy, this helps us identify you quicker.

You will need to get proof of postage or send recorded as we are unable to claim of your behalf if the item goes missing whilst in Royal Mails hands.

 

Exchange - Please return item complete with packaging in new and resalable condition (as you would like to receive it) to the address on the invoice (please include a copy or order no bottom right hand side), also state what you would like in exchange on the invoice or note.  Any item sent back via ebay returns will automatically be refunded. You will need to get proof of postage or send recorded as we are unable to claim of your behalf if the item goes missing whilst in Royal Mails hands.

Unwanted goods - Please return all packaging and return in new condition, goods sent back without packaging, you will be asked to send the packaging back before a refund will be processed.

Incorrect Item - If you receive an incorrect item we will refund the postage (please provide a copy of the receipt via email/eBay or in the parcel) if Royal Mail 2nd class standard is used or MyHermes for larger items. If you choose to use another service this is done at your cost and we will only Refund up to Royal Mail 2nd Class service or MyHermes.

Damaged Item - If you receive a damaged item we will refund the postage (please provide a copy of the receipt via email/eBay or in the parcel) if Royal Mail 2nd class standard is used or MyHermes for larger items. If you choose to use another service this is done at your cost and we will only Refund up to Royal Mail 2nd Class service or MyHermes.

Defective Item - If you receive a Defective item we will refund the postage (please provide a copy of the receipt via email or in the parcel) we will refund the postage (please provide a copy of the receipt via email/eBay or in the parcel) if Royal Mail 2nd class standard is used or MyHermes for larger items. If you choose to use another service this is done at your cost and we will only Refund up to Royal Mail 2nd Class service or MyHermes.
