Seller marked item as dispatched with no tracking. Messages after a 10 days of waiting as item still hadn't arrived. Seller said item was with courier but still no tracking. They said courier had lost parcel and refunded me. I asked for tracking and they sent me someone else's tracking number! Fail to believe my parcel ever existed! Will stay clear of this seller in future. I understand things go missing from time to time but there is no need to tell fibs. Suspect seller not in UK as claimed.

We have unfortunately experienced problems with our courier recently. Upon notification from the buyer, we had refunded them after confirming this with the courier. Parcels are dispatched with tracking and in some rare instances problems can arise which we will make all efforts to rectify as fast as possible.
