Bought a straight razor from seller on 04/12 for a Christmas present as the ad said supplied with a pouch, purchase arrived 07/12, didn t receive a pouch. Contacted seller, they replied the same day saying it was an error in the listing but they would send a pouch. Waited until the 19/12, still no pouch. Contacted again on 19/12. Received pouch 05/01/24.
