I recommend this rug. The quality is above what I had expected, for the price! It is a beautiful colour, as pictured, and surprisingly thick. I will be viewing this companies other items. There was a hold up in the dispatch due to technical difficulties, experienced by the seller, but the customer service department soon had this rectified and I received my rug. Nice rug, although not the one I ordered unfortunately, kept it as too much hassle to return as had issues with DX couriers (nightmare). Ordered a lot of rugs from here over the years always great quality and service, but not sure I will order again due to the courier and lack of communication on this rug
