Roadpro Ltd Warranty Details.

End Of Line & Clearance Items

We offer a 6 month Return To Base warranty on all End Of Line and B Grade items that we sell. This means if the item goes wrong within 6 months of purchase, you simply return the item to us for testing, repair or replacement. It usually explains in the listing if a item is End Of Line or B Grade, but generally speaking most items in the "clearance" section of our shop are either End Of Line or B Grade. If you are in any doubt please email, message through ebay or call us to clarify. We are here to help.

Standard Products / Items

Unless otherwise stated, all our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing. We are able to solve a lot of problems over the ‘phone or by fax, e-mail or letter but, it’s a fact of life that electrical and electronic products can go wrong. When they do, we won’t let you down. During the warranty period, we will repair the item or replace it at our discretion and return it to you as quickly as possible. If we cannot repair or replace it we will offer you an alternative or a refund. If you suspect that a product is faulty, please e-mail us at returns@roadpro.co.uk with details of the item, the fault and information on when and where you bought it: an invoice number would be helpful but your name, address and phone number are sufficient. We will contact you and, if necessary, arrange with you to collect the item and send you a shipping label. You must ensure that the goods are securely packaged. We cannot be held responsible if goods are damaged in transit as a result of insufficient packaging. We are only able to offer this service to customers within mainland United Kingdom. Outside this area, goods must be returned to us carriage paid. You must send us all the accessories, cables, adaptors, remote controls, etc. that were supplied with the item when you took delivery of it. If the item is faulty and we replace it, we will only return to you the accessories, paperwork, packaging, etc. that you returned to us. When we receive the goods we will check them. If the product is not faulty or not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will contact you. In such a situation, you must pay us a fee of £20.00 to cover carriage charges. Outside the warranty period or if the fault is due to negligence, misuse or fair wear and tear, there may also be a charge for repairing the item. Please note that it is not always possible to repair products economically.
