The blue vinyl colour is darker than in the generic picture used (see my photo of actual vinyl colour). Nevertheless, it’s still a nice package with the very nice illustration booklet inside. Delivery time is a little stretched, but with free postage and a good value package, this has to be expected (delay was probably caused by the royal mail anyway). Communication was excellent and I’m glad I made my purchase from Rarewaves Outlet. Thumbs Up!

Buyer Beware. Reported to EBay. The auction shows a picture of Waterman pen refills which cost £14 delivered. The seller sends you a Parker Jotter pen worth £7. Seller said it was a mistake and they have no stock but the auction is still displayed. Not sure why the seller constantly offers Waterman equipment and sends something completely different but they continue to do it. Buyer Beware.

Item arrived on time and brand new as described. Would definitely buy from this seller again. While I got a despatch notification it didn’t have any details of how it was being sent. I contacted Customer Services and Jamie responded quickly to confirm that it was sent out by 2nd Class Post via Royal Mail. It would be nice if that could be mentioned on thedespatch information (delivery method was noted as Other Courier 3-5 days).
