Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out. My item has now arrived and the dvd was in excellent condition (brand new as described) and it was very well packaged. I would also like to say that the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this seller, thank you so much! The issue with the wrong dvd was quickly rectified .

This vinyl is really reasonably priced and I love that it is one of the more unusual colours. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and looks as described. It arrived late, due to Royal Mail's Festive rush, but was dispatched by the seller really quickly. When I contacted them to ask where it was, they replied really quickly with a helpful solution. Such good customer service, so strongly recommend. Really happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately, I had missed the bit of the item description which said it was in Dutch (perhaps note more prominently on the UK site? :) ) Contacted the seller re return/exchange but no English copy and seller did immediate refund. Extremely good, considering it could be argued truly that it was my mistake. I will buy from this seller again - but will read descriptions more carefully. :)

I ordered 2 vinyls on the same day only one arrived on the due date I contacted rarewaves and explained the problem they responded very quickly and asked me if I could wait another 5 day's which I did still no package I told them l still hadn't received item . They sent another one out which I received within a few days. Excellent communication and response to issue. Vinyl well packaged and in mint condition. Would definitely buy from this seller again and would highly recommend
