All information, instructions and parts were included, Straight forward to fit - bought charcoal filters in advance as description clearly states they’re NOT included. Beautiful condition even though it was sold as ‘New Other’ there was no damage found to be found anywhere. Runs like a dream. Both the lights and extractor fans are powerful. A very friendly Charlie from sales called within 24 hours of purchase to arrange delivery, 48 hours later I received my goods. Old school company with a detailed VAT invoice and all my manufacturer warranty etc. Kudos to their in-house driver who was 2 hours early to schedule. Instead of a missed delivery they left it well hidden protected from the elements and left an answerphone message for me of its location. Appliance itself A**** as new and functioning great. Considerable savings on retail!

I went through E-Bay to purchase after agreeing a price of 230 pounds with the seller and I would collect, no postage charge. E-Bay's new payment system would not allow me to remove the P&P charge added by E-Bay and wanted to invoice 269 pounds. There is no way I was paying for what I had not agreed and had to arrange with the seller to pay cash on collect, still through E-Bay but no extra fees. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility of your payment system; almost cost the seller a sale.
